Purpose:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
