Job Summary:

The Growth and Enablement Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of marketing and sales initiatives that drive pipeline growth and elevate client engagement. This position focuses on the seamless management of events, lead tracking, campaign ROI reporting, and sales team support to ensure the success of strategic demand generation efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Execution & Management

  • Coordinate and execute all in-person and virtual events with attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Deliver personalized touches at events to increase client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end swag process, including ordering, inventory, shipping, and on-site presentation.
  • Collaborate with sales reps and lead coordinators to ensure event leads are captured, processed, and assigned efficiently.

Lead Management & Sales Support

  • Manage lead assignment, tracking, and documentation in HubSpot from events, campaigns, and partner activities.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure timely and effective follow-up on all campaign-generated leads.
  • Conduct campaign ROI reporting and analytics to inform future strategy and budget decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and hygiene in HubSpot to support reporting and pipeline visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or sales enablement.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B sales teams and demand generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with event platforms and swag vendors.
  • Ability to analyze data and report insights effectively.
