Purpose:

The Inventory Coordinator supports the repair depot’s operational flow by ensuring technicians receive the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently. This role is responsible for processing incoming parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating part fulfillment for repair tickets. The Inventory Coordinator works closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain structure, organization, and timely part delivery across all repair operations.


Scope:

  • Intermediate-level position with prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

  • Applies established processes and systems to complete assigned work within area of expertise.

  • Works under moderate supervision with regular guidance and oversight from the Inventory Manager.

  • Identifies and resolves straightforward issues using standard procedures and sound judgment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all repair tickets that require parts and ensure timely fulfillment by checking inventory levels, issuing available parts, or flagging needs for ordering.

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments, ensuring all items are accurately logged, labeled, and organized in the correct storage locations.

  • Maintain clear and accurate inventory transaction records within internal systems to reflect real-time stock levels.

  • Issue parts to technicians as needed, updating records to reflect usage and maintaining traceability of all components.

  • Support the Inventory Manager in daily operational activities, helping to streamline part availability, replenishment, and reporting.

  • Participate in inventory cycle counts, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Act as a communication bridge between technicians, the Inventory Manager, and other operational teams to ensure smooth coordination and minimal repair delays.

  • Execute administrative and logistical tasks that free the Inventory Manager to focus on higher-level inventory oversight and planning.

  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned to support the repair depot’s operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or repair depot environments preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating ERP or CRM systems.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Preferred schedule: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to align with technician support and repair operations.
