We're an industry leader that's rapidly growing our Technical Services division and have an immediate need for professional services consultant to delight our customers.

The Professional Services Consultant provides technical consultation and support in the areas of presale, implementation, and post-sale support for integrated solutions of Xerox printers, Xerox Software. Technical consultation and support related to the specific and unique client requirements. Collaborate with client and Xerox stakeholders to configure the Xerox device and solution, ensuring compatibility and successful integration of the defined solution into the customer’s environment. 

 

Pre Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with Internal stakeholders and client decision-makers to understand requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to certify proposed solutions.
  • Participate in client File/Application Testing process.
  • Participate in the Solution Design / Development process.
  • Support Client Demos.
  • Site checks to ensure solution placement.
  • Provide RFP/proposal input.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to strategize sales opportunities.

Implementation (Pre-deployment):

  • Configuration documentation
  • Clone File Creation
  • R&R Development
  • Deployment Process Documentation
  • Device Customization Center Support
  • Customer Training Strategy

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience: 5+ years of business experience working with clients on IT-related matters
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with mainstream technology solutions such as Microsoft Windows/MAC platforms, firewall / security technology, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience: 2+ years configuring/training on Production Color and B/W Printers
  • Experience: 2+ years configuring/training DFE (ex. Fiery)
  • Experience: 2+ years configuring /training MFD

Position Requirement:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to travel 2+ hours, must be able to overnight travel.
  • Must be able to pass Government Clearance application inquiries.
