Location: Chandigarh, India (IT Park)


Shifts:   Males - The Candidate should be flexible for 24/7 shifts.

              Females - Day Shifts Only.


  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Knowledge/Certification on Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
Years of Experience: 
  • 4+ years of working experience in International business & dealing with international clients out of which minimum 2 years on SME/QA/Trainer Profile.

Job Profile:

  • The candidate should have good understanding of Quality Improvement & Quality Monitoring Techniques.
  • Should be able to share feedbacks with the team in a constructive manner
  • Should be able to handle high pressures and act in a composed manner
  • Good knowledge of Process Documentation & Procedures.
  • Possess Good knowledge of Operational tools & control metrics.
  • Understand customer requirements & meet the deadlines as per the SLA.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Able to identify TNA & NVA’s & draft a plan around it.
  • Strong Presentation Skills with hands on knowledge of MS Suite applications like -Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
