We are looking for focused and driven sales professionals to help drive both new and growth revenue in this rapidly developing marketplace.  Working from a defined Target Market List, the Sales Executive will build and maintains effective relationships with channel partners, technology partners and direct customers.


A strong understanding of industry trends and specific use-cases will help define the business case for our prospects. By demonstrating thought leadership, and in collaboration with partners, the Sales Executive will drive both new and growth opportunities through identification, development and on to closure.


Throughout this process, the Senior Sales Executive will get full support from all departments within CareAR, but in particular from Solution Consulting and Sales Management.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:


  • Define your own Sales Strategy in alignment with your direct management;

  • Act as subject matter resource for Channel Partners in addressing solution questions, customer objectives, proposals and utilisation of tactical actions;

  • Development and delivery of customer proposals;

  • Supporting opportunities through contracting into delivery;

  • Interact closely with Solution Engineering (local resources);

  • Interact with Marketing to produce Success Stories & Press Releases;

  • Organise and execute demo meetings with clients & prospects;

  • Promote the CareAR services at events including user groups, partner conferences, webinar campaigns, and trade shows.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:


  • Candidate Education: University Degree preferred;

  • Strong track record in delivering new business sales in a defined territory through proactive sales engagement;

  • Experience of building sales campaigns using various methodologies;

  • 4-6 years of successful sales / marketing experience (at or above plan);

  • Excellent business acumen and relationship skills;

  • Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to think creatively when developing solutions.

·         Work independently (managed through objectives):


  • Demonstrated ability to grasp technical product and software knowledge etc.;

  • Language: Native Italian and fluent English, any other language is also most welcome.
