  •  At least ten years of IT experience with the last seven years of experience in a Technical Delivery and/or Operations role involving Salesforce.com
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com and associated applications including Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, Marketing and Experience Cloud
  • Understanding of application and integration architecture and methodologies in particular Reltio, Snowflake, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, SAP
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and best practices
  • Has demonstrated extensive relevant technical or business work experience
  • Hands-on Agile methodology knowledge
  • Demonstrates the leadership skills needed to handle innovation and change resulting from implementing new information technology solutions.
  • Strong relationship building capability, with emphasis on interpersonal and negotiating skills with internal partners and stakeholders across the global business
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Skilled in conducting meetings and influencing teams and individuals.
  • Has a broad knowledge and understanding of IT concepts, current and emerging technologies architectures, and security considerations, coupled with a practical experience of problem management and the principles and processes of implementing and delivering IT services.
  • Ability to work under pressure across multiple initiatives and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to a business audience

  • This is a techno-functional role requiring hands-on ability to support rapid prototyping to configure or transform business requirements into an application feature
  • Design, develop and implement SFDC solutions to support current and future business processes
  • Liaise with internal and vendor resources to share the design requirements
  • Author detailed and high-quality documentation of system and functional designs
  • Develop relationships with business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business processes and identify tools available to solve problems
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders in an effective manner
  • Ability to manage risks to keep the projects on track and costs within budget

Candidate Education:

  • Current Salesforce certifications are essential
