Job Summary:


As a Digital Services Scrum Master, you will support a cross-functional product team in adopting and maintaining Agile practices. You’ll help facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove basic blockers, and track team progress using Azure DevOps. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about Agile methodology and eager to grow within a collaborative engineering environment.


Responsibilities:

  •          Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  •          Support backlog grooming and sprint goal alignment with the Product Owner
  •          Remove or escalate impediments that block team progress
  •          Maintain sprint boards and team artifacts in Azure DevOps
  •          Promote team accountability, continuous improvement, and Agile values
  •          Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and share insights with stakeholders
  •          Foster a safe and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and transparency
  •          Coordinate cross-time-zone communication (primarily US and India)

Qualifications:

 

  •          Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field
  •          0–2 years of experience working on Agile software development teams (as intern, analyst, QA, or junior role)
  •          Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts
  •          Strong communication and organizational skills
  •          Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards or similar tools (Jira, Trello)
  •          Preferred Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
  •          Bonus: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification
