Business Overview:

We specialise in electronic document management (EDM)providing hardware, software, services, and expertise to help organisations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and operate more sustainably. 

Role Purpose:

Lead the delivery of EDM software projects across diverse clients and markets, managing internal and external stakeholders. Occasionally work on smaller projects with hands-on configuration, implementation and support. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EDM software projects to time, budget, and quality 
  • Communicate with clients and coordinate project teams 
  • Train end users and provide documentation/demos 
  • Ensure smooth handover to support/maintenance teams 
  • Support pre-sales with solution design and quoting 
  • Solve technical issues and coordinate with customer IT teams 

Essential Experience & Skills: 

  • 3+ years managing external software project teams 
  • 2+ years software delivery/installation experience 
  • Experience with T-SQL and databases 
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

Desirable:

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent certification 
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204) 
  • Software support desk experience 
  • Exposure to Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems
