Overview:
Xerox Corporation is seeking a Scheduler / Routing Coordinator who will be responsible for collaborating with warehouse and fellow office team members to optimize delivery routes for our customers and sales team. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborates with warehouse and office team members to schedule / route pickups as well as deliveries for our customers and sales team
  • Performs numerous computer functions 
  • Maintains vehicle schedules
  • Compiles reports to the operation
  • Communicates with sales, warehouse, customer service and out-of-geography (OOG) teams
  • Assists with driver concerns, answering phones, dispatching
  • Provides routing process improvement recommendations to leadership
  • Recommends specific changes to help increase productivity and efficiency

What You Need to Succeed:
  • One (1) year of office experience 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and organizational skills 
  • Experience using smartphone, tablet and laptop   
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet  
  • Detail oriented with the ability to document, research and solve discrepancies and processes
