The Role
We’re looking for curious, resourceful interns who are fluent in the emerging discipline of vibe coding — the practice of using AI-powered tools like Claude, OpenClaw and Copilot to build, iterate, and create AI agents through natural-language collaboration with large language models.
This isn’t a traditional coding internship. You’ll work alongside senior leadership and business teams to modernize legacy systems, prototype new internal tools, and accelerate AI adoption across the enterprise. The right candidate treats AI as a creative partner, not just an autocomplete engine.
What You’ll Do
- Use Claude, OpenClaw, Copilot and similar AI development platforms to build production-grade prototypes and internal tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify modernization opportunities across legacy codebases and business processes
- Design and build AI agents that ask the right questions — systems that probe deeper, surface edge cases, and gather requirements autonomously
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, iterative prompts that produce reliable, maintainable outputs
- Document workflows, prompt patterns, and best practices to scale vibe coding across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- Working knowledge of major AI-assisted development platforms (Claude, OpenClaw, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to ship real projects using AI-driven workflows — portfolio, side projects, or hackathon work welcomed
- Exceptional listening skills: you hear what stakeholders actually need, not just what they say
- Creative problem-solving instincts — you build agents and automations that know when to ask follow-up questions and when to execute
- Comfort with ambiguity; you can take a vague directive and turn it into a working solution
- Foundational understanding of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
- Strong written communication — vibe coding is a language-first discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience building or configuring AI agents, multi-step workflows, or tool-use pipelines
- Familiarity with corporate environments: legacy systems, compliance requirements, change management
- Background in prompt engineering, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM evaluation
- Contributions to open-source AI tooling or community projects
Why This Internship
You won’t be fetching coffee or filing tickets. You’ll be embedded in real modernization initiatives at enterprise scale, working with tools that are actively reshaping how our organization operates. This is a front-row seat — and a set of hands on the controls — at the intersection of AI and large-scale organizational evolution.
