Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and structured IT Test Coordinator to lead enterprise-scale testing across global initiatives. This newly created role will bring accountability and rigor to our software testing lifecycle. You’ll lead test planning, execution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure solutions meet high-quality standards and business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement end-to-end test strategy, tools, and governance standards
• Manage test cycles including planning, environment setup, scripting, and coordination
• Lead defect triage and resolution processes across internal and external stakeholders
• Drive UAT planning and execution in partnership with business stakeholders
• Evaluate vendor test plans and ensure alignment with enterprise goals
• Report on quality metrics, risks, and testing progress to key stakeholders

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies (manual and automated)
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple teams and systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB or PMP certification
• Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Postman
• Agile/Scrum project experience
