Overview:
As a Microsoft 365 Architect at Xerox, you’ll lead the strategic design and governance of Microsoft 365 solutions across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and integrated systems using SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, the Power Platform, and more. What You’ll Do:
• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to business needs
• Lead technical sessions and create solution architecture documentation
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services with legacy and cloud-native systems
• Guide and support implementation teams with technical leadership
• Partner with compliance and security teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Drive automation through PowerShell and similar scripting tools
• Support M&A and cross-tenant integration efforts
• Work directly with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving Microsoft 365 features and licensing models
• Support deployment and production troubleshooting as part of on-call responsibilities
What You Need to Succeed:
• 5+ years in a solutions architect role with focus on Microsoft 365
• Expertise in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong knowledge of networking and device management principles
• Clear communication and ability to present technical content to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Microsoft compliance and security frameworks
• Experience with service management frameworks (ITIL or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus
