Overview:
Join Xerox as an FSM Administrator where you'll play a mission-critical role in supporting the accuracy, efficiency, and governance of our Field Service Management operations. This role ensures field technicians, dispatchers, and stockroom teams have the right tools, data, and configurations to deliver high-quality service across our customer base. Unlike traditional platform admins, you’ll focus on business process configuration, data governance, and operational readiness—powering field service at scale.
What You’ll Do:
Platform & Process Configuration
• Maintain service classification structures, metering rules, and special SLA settings
• Manage business-process configurations for dispatch, compliance, and work order setup
Workforce & Scheduling Management
• Govern technician profiles, coverage zones, and skill/certification data
• Configure dynamic scheduling logic, automation rules, and push notifications for field teams
Inventory & Stockroom Governance
• Maintain stockroom data integrity, including consumables and product mappings
• Align FSM inventory with supply chain processes and SLA requirements
Work Order & Task Setup
• Build and manage work order models, closure codes, and compliance templates
• Oversee task deletion and data controls with proper audit measures
Data Governance & Exception Handling
• Manage operational data overrides and special instructions
• Validate contract/expense line entries in complex service scenarios
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
• Analyze scheduling/dispatch metrics to drive platform enhancements
• Partner with IT and operations for workflow integration and service performance
What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM or comparable platforms (SAP FSM, Oracle Field Service, ClickSoftware)
• Knowledge of dispatch, SLA logic, workforce optimization, and inventory management
• Ability to manage system configurations and enforce data governance
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in service delivery or logistics operations
• Familiarity with field service KPIs (e.g., first-time fix, SLA adherence)
• Background in system optimization or continuous improvement initiatives
