Account Support Representative:
Supports multiple client accounts across various customer environments in the region. Provide SLA compliance and backfill support for client associates planned and unplanned absences.
Required to travel to different geography location - Houston, Austin, Conroe, and Katy
Responsible for day-to-day delivery of client services to SLAs, Managing Client SLAs, support in terms of asset management, reporting & facilities management. Performs a wide range of print, mail or scanning services on a client site in line with the specification of the customer contract. Operates and maintains devices, ensuring quality standards are achieved, and customer requirements are met. Performs postal duties including receipt of mail and parcels, sorting and delivery by department to client timescales. Provides support to business operations such as front end, image & data capture, and / or document / transaction content management. Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry and scanning, or similar activities. Outstanding verbal communications skills.
- Professional presence, including attire and demeanor appropriate for the specific customer environment
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents), internet navigation and Windows Explorer
- Able to use phone equipment per training
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Data entry
Experience:
- Experienced delivering services in a client environment
Education:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalency
