About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our Cebu team. This role supports day‑to‑day accounting operations such as invoice processing, vendor coordination, reconciliation, and ERP transaction handling. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid accounting knowledge, and the ability to work effectively on a US‑based schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Vendor Coordination

  • Review and process vendor invoices accurately.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve open invoices, payment issues, and statement variances.

Documentation & ERP Transaction Processing

  • Maintain accurate records and update transactions using the company’s ERP system (SAP preferred; other ERP systems accepted).
  • Support account reconciliation and various general accounting tasks.
  • Assist with administrative and accounting‑related projects as assigned.

Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve accounting issues or questions.
  • Communicate findings and updates clearly through written and verbal channels.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (required).

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or similar mid‑level financial roles.

Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • ERP experience — SAP preferred but other systems are acceptable.
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
