Overview:
Join Xerox's Global Spend Management team as an Analyst I, Vendor Management where you will support procurement and sourcing activities that help drive operational efficiency and deliver value across the business. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, analyze procurement data, and contribute to sourcing initiatives that support business objectives. What You Will Do:
  • • Support sourcing and procurement activities across assigned spend categories.
  • • Analyze spend data and prepare reports to support procurement decisions.
  • • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business purchasing requirements.
  • • Assist with supplier engagement, sourcing events, and procurement documentation.
  • • Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance procurement efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed:
• Three to four years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P); sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a shared services or business process outsourcing environment supporting procurement is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills to effectively support U.S. and Canadian stakeholders.
• Experience using ERP systems; knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or SAP Ariba is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Relevant procurement experience is prioritized over degree specialization.
