Job Description: SAP S/4 HANA Senior Order-to-Cash Solutions Architect - SAP DRC & E-Invoicing

• Good written and oral communication skills will be necessary to work with US and Philippines based counterparts and customers and partners worldwide

• Ability to learn quickly is important as we use very broad spectrum of SAP and SAP Partner products to support our global and local processes.

• Ability to motivate and mentor business and functional team members to help them develop their skills and competency

• Systems implementation skills: Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, testing, change management and post implementation support

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and determine appropriate use of configuration versus custom development.

• Work independently while contributing effectively in a team-based environment

• Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently

Core Skill set:

• Minimum 10 years of solution design and delivery experience in Order-to-Cash - SAP-Sales and Distribution with strong integration knowledge with Finance, Accounting, transaction tax determination and Accounting.

• 2+ SAP DRC implementation projects preferred.

Must have skills:

• Led end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD implementations across global Order-to-Cash processes.

• Designed and configured SD solutions integrated with Finance and Accounting, including AR, inventory accounting, FICA, and intercompany processing.

• Implemented and supported SAP document Reporting & Compliance (DRC) across multiple geographies.

• Troubleshot DRC, e-Invoice, and API integration issues to ensure statutory compliance.

• Configured and supported mandatory e-Invoicing platforms, including Turkey (Fatura), Italy (SDI), Brazil (NF-e), Mexico (CFDI), Peppol integration for EU countries.

• Knowledge of digital signature/QR code requirements for billing documents.

• Experience with tax statutory reporting (e.g., SAF-T across European jurisdictions).

• Executed SIT and UAT cycles, managed cutover activities, and provided hypercare support

• Applied OSS notes, compliance updates, and supported system upgrades

• Experience in configuring Tax procedures and related integration points in S/4 HANA for sales orders, purchase orders, Invoices

• Experience with extended withholding tax configuration in SAP

• Experience with tax reporting and reconciliation, including supporting internal and external audit requests

• Knowledge of SD-MM integration (e.g. MM fields impacting SD, cross functional processes like intercompany, third party sales etc.)

• Very good understanding of various touchpoints to other modules, such as MM/FI/CO-PA (e.g.; payments, account determination, revenue recognition, accruals, STO’s, etc.)

• Gathered business requirements for tax and compliance needs and authored detailed functional specifications for ABAP development.

• Collaborated effectively with US- and Philippines-based teams in an onsite/offshore delivery model

• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced SAP DRC configuration and statutory ledger knowledge for one or more of the following countries: Brazil, Turkey, France, Germany, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina.

• Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.

• Previous supervisor and/or leadership experience desired

• Good academic record
