About the Role

The Analyst, Programs & Partner Support plays a key role in supporting partner programs, financial analysis, operational reporting, and data validation for XFS. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, IT, and international partner organizations to ensure accurate reporting, timely settlements, and strong operational execution.

This role requires strong analytical capability, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience working with large financial datasets. The position is based in Cebu, Philippines, under the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support partner servicing, portfolio reporting, and operational data validation
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit partner financial files in accordance with SLAs
  • Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting to ensure proper cash application and partner disbursements
  • Validate deal data for finance and risk teams involving forward flow or securitization structures
  • Participate in weekly internal and partner calls to track action items and resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed transaction records, tagged leases, reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Assist with documentation required for audit, compliance, and risk review
  • Drive process improvements and support automation efforts in partnership with IT and Finance teams
  • Create executive summaries and reporting decks using PowerPoint as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in:
    • Financial analysis
    • FP&A
    • Treasury
    • Fund administration
    • Leasing operations or similar finance roles
  • Strong Excel skills:
    • Large data handling
    • Data manipulation
    • Advanced formulas and functions
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to work in US business hours or overlapping shifts
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – not required but an advantage
  • Experience preparing financial statements, schedules, or partner reports
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Access, or similar finance systems
  • Experience in shared services, multinational organizations, or GBS environments
  • Experience creating summary reports and presentations (PowerPoint)

Tools & Systems Exposure (Preferred)

  • SAP (data extraction)
  • Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems is a plus
