As part of Global Business Services organization, the “DX” (aka Digital Transformation) group provides global services to business functions. The organization is being structured in different teams to deliver best-in class service including Analytics Governance (AG).

From a top-down approach, there are 2 key missions to deliver for supported areas:
• Support our digital transformation strategy that includes data & analytics, hyper automation, process digitization, user experience, employee digital upskilling, AI.
• Deliver our data to value strategy that includes delivering automation, globalization and standardization of supported-inherited reports, master technology that the company has invested in to support new requests (data lake, etc…), align on business priorities + value creation with stakeholder, etc…

Mission of the Role, here below top (but non-exhaustive) missions he/she ‘s in charge of:
• Execution of activities assigned: either requests, timeliness and accuracy of inherited reports, new reports… It does include SLA measurement.
• Delivering an end to end expertise to supported business users: reporting layer, transactional layer, business process, demonstrating solutions and the value add they deliver.
• Communication and satisfaction of our stakeholders. That includes alignment vs prioritization (idea management) and liaison with IT teams for developments
• Implementing our D2V digitalization strategy


The Analytics Delivery Lead for Sourcing is accountable for stakeholder management (including monthly business review...), delivery throughput, coordination of offshore resources, execution timeliness, scorecard results / adherence to targets, governance of data/reports that meets best practices standards (that includes quality, consistency, security, usage adoption).

As mentioned, the role requires business acumen and technical understanding to ensure smooth liaison with both business teams and “Connected Technology” organization. D2V ultimate target is to get data recognized as a strategic asset in the company and so, to deliver superior data and analytics visibility to business functions to transform decision making process.



COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Analytical Skills
  • Expertise on reporting applications such as PowerBI, BO, AFO
  • Expertise on transactional systems: SAP, D365
  • Expertise on business processes (esp financial planning, accounting…)
  • Understanding / Acumen in technical back end such as BW, HANA, SQL DB
  • Knowledge on Statistics + Python + ML algorithms
  • Project Management
