Position Overview:

Join our team as an Annuities Operations Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in driving accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across special bid claims and rebate processes. In this role, you’ll leverage data insights to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and enhance business performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a strong foundation in finance or accounting, hands-on sales operations experience, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and validate special bid (SME) claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ongoing discount integrity at both partner and customer levels
  • Analyze rebate and bid claims to identify discrepancies, non-compliance issues, and root causes, driving timely resolution
  • Develop and deliver partner claim summaries, discount profiles, and management reporting to support business decisions
  • Collaborate closely with Indirect Contract, Pricing, and Order-to-Cash teams to resolve claim and payment challenges
  • Support bid renewal processes through thorough data validation and cross-functional coordination
  • Contribute to data analytics initiatives in partnership with the Global Annuities team, helping shape insights and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in sales operations, with exposure to compliance, pricing, or financial processes preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, D365, SAP, Vistex, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Experience in or knowledge of the print industry is a plus
