Job Summary:

The Annuity Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational and financial data to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a high level of data integrity, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, disciplined execution of recurring processes, and effective communication through reports and dashboards.


Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex operational and financial data
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, validation, and integrity
  • Proficiency in leveraging analytical tools to generate insights and support business decisions
  • Ability to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Proven capability in program execution and action planning
  • Clear and concise communication of insights through reporting and dashboard presentations
  • Effective stakeholder management and adherence to governance standards in recurring processes

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, charts, and complex formulas)
  • Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with QlikView or similar business intelligence tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Preferably with experience in IT and/or Finance
  • Demonstrated experience working in a multicultural and collaborative environment
  • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience
