This position will oversee Production Operations for Xerox OGC (Legal), ERM (Enterprise Records Mgmt), and Corporate Security applications. Expert in driving operational stability, SLA governance, and compliance while leading cross-functional global teams to deliver secure, high-quality IT services.

This role covers ~40 OGC (Legal), ERM (Enterprise Records Management – DocuShare), and Corporate Security applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end operational performance, ensuring stability, availability, and governance across OGC, ERM, and Corporate Security applications.
  • Serve as Production Gatekeeper, validating all changes, releases, and deployments to maintain system integrity and compliance.
  • Lead SLA management, defining and monitoring CPI/KPI metrics, and ensuring vendors and internal teams consistently meet or exceed contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate multiple service providers and internal stakeholders to optimize operations, manage escalations, and drive continuous service improvement.
  • Direct resolution of critical incidents impacting OGC, ERM, and Corporate Security applications.
  • Maintain technical oversight of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
  • Ensure full adherence to governance, security, and compliance frameworks, supporting audit readiness and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture the “voice of the customer,” enhance reporting and analytics, and implement operational improvements.
  • Manage operational readiness for projects and changes, leveraging ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow for deployment, monitoring, and tracking.

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in IT Service Delivery and Production Operations
  • Expertise in SLA governance, vendor management, operational performance improvement, and incident resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Exceptional collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across global, multi-vendor environments.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and technology oversight in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
