Position Title: Apprentice – Sales
Employment Type: Apprenticeship (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme – NATS)
Location: Delhi NCR
Duration: 6 Months
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh Bachelor graduates to join our Sales team as Apprentice – Sales Associates. This field-based role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development within the IT services, managed print services (MPS), and printing solutions industry.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and support sales initiatives across the Delhi NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct cold calls and generate qualified sales leads.
- Visit prospective enterprise and SMB customers across Delhi NCR.
- Promote IT services, software solutions, managed print services (MPS), and Lexmark and Xerox printing solutions.
- Schedule customer meetings and support product presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process.
- Adhere to company policies and apprenticeship program requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any non-technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience may be considered if they are willing to work under a 6-month apprenticeship contract.
- Must be eligible for registration under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
Required Skills

- Confidence in interacting with customers.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Must own a personal vehicle for field travel.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.
- Mileage reimbursement will be provided as per company policy.
