Summary:

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring data accuracy and supporting a smooth order-to-cash process. The main objective of this role is to achieve the daily, weekly & monthly targets for order management activity. This role works closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and in-country teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage effectively designated teamwork-flow to achieve SLA’s and Targets
  • Input and process orders and returns with 100% accuracy
  • Review and validate orders for completeness, pricing accuracy and required documentation
  • Maintain and update the customer details, order notes, billing/shipping information; generate basic reports as needed
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for order related inquiries  
  • To ensure compliance with work instructions and corporate guidelines encompassing ethical and financial rules.
  • Support with the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in order entry activity or customer service
  • Strong attention to details and quality oriented
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English both written and verbal.
  • Results / Target driven
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible regarding working patterns
  • Familiar with SAP or others CRM/ERP systems
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
  • Computer literate
