Position Overview:

The Brand Protection and Loyalty Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s brand while strengthening customer loyalty initiatives. This position focuses on identifying potential brand risks, monitoring fraudulent or infringing activity, and leveraging data insights to detect at-risk accounts and support retention strategies. The role requires strong analytical expertise, advanced reporting capabilities, and close collaboration with Global Brand Protection, Loyalty, and Digital Thread teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Protection & Risk Analysis

  • Monitor online platforms to identify infringing, stolen, or fraudulent product activity.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of suspect product offerings for further investigation.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for Global Brand Protection initiatives.
  • Identify trends and patterns using internal systems and Brand Protection data.

Loyalty & Digital Thread Support

  • Analyze Digital Thread and APD reporting to identify at-risk accounts and emerging trends.
  • Support and manage at-risk and loyalty sales activities and workflows in D365.
  • Assist with Digital Thread program activities and related sub-projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Annuities Digital Thread and support expansion into XRX.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Power BI reports and dashboards for loyalty, device utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and business priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Power BI Superuser or Certified, with advanced reporting and data visualization expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of LXK/XRX business systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Salesforce, eSAP, Vistex, eAuto, Preo).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with LXK/XRX systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Databricks, database management, and SQL coding.
  • Familiarity with Generative or Agentic AI applications.
  • Knowledge of marketing programs, rebates, and/or compliance processes.
