Main responsibilities

The Data Entry Operator role requires in-person office attendance in our Bucharest, Romania office.

  • Data capture - Ensure the information is accurately captured in the system generated forms from customer provided documents like Invoices, Claims, Utility documents etc.
  • Data Accuracy - Demonstrate & Deliver high standard of Service & Data Accuracy to our Scan & Capture Customers. The role has significant Data Accuracy responsibilities & a pivotal role to ensure continuous improvement in the Scan & Capture process.
  • Raise an alarm in case there is any abnormality being observed in Data Validation Cycle
  • Explore improvements opportunities
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 20001
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and compliance with internal policies and procedures of XEROX Romania
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and compliance with WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) and FPE (Fire Prevention and Extinction)
  • Achieve the daily target and meet the quality requirements
  • All other duties assigned that are related with this role

Minimum:

  • High school graduation exam diploma is a must ("Bacalaureat" diploma)
  • English skill B1/B2
  • Can demonstrate a good level of PC experience
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to concentrate for long periods of time
  • Required to work reasonable overtime when necessary, sometimes at short notice
