Overview:
The Delivery Account Operations Associate Professional role focuses on building a future-ready workforce by strengthening digital, analytical, AI, and modern operational skills while fostering continuous learning that leads to clear, measurable improvements in performance. This role also supports embedding AI and automation into daily operations to simplify processes and drive smarter, faster decisions, while contributing to cost savings, financial discipline, and enterprise value creation. Additionally, the role supports operational efficiency and customer/stakeholder experience by simplifying and strengthening end-to-end processes and ensuring alignment with global operational metrics and compliance requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Build a future-ready workforce by strengthening digital, analytical, AI, and modern operational skills, while fostering continuous learning that leads to clear, measurable improvements in performance
- Embed AI and automation into daily operations to simplify processes and drive smarter, faster decisions
- Deliver clear cost savings and productivity gains that strengthen Xerox’s financial performance and position GBS as a driver of value
- Simplify and strengthen end-to-end processes to deliver better results, smoother handoffs, and a more trusted internal experience
- Conversion of Trainees to CD > 50% (2025 as baseline)
- 50% of those joining the MS platform training will be converted to citizen developers
- Timely completion of CFO, IDP & Succession plans and discussions with employees
- Participation in ERG events and activities per workstream
- Projects implemented and closed by end of December 31, 2026; projects started in 2026
- Area Projects should have a cost savings of at least $5,000 per project OR four (4) projects with cost savings of less than USD 5,000 per project OR two (2) AI Tool projects
- 1 JDI per First Line Manager
- 1 DX (using Power Apps or Power Automate) per First Line Manager
- 1 AI qualified Ideas per First Line Manager
- Participation in Profit and Loss, and Cost savings trainin
- Workstream Scorecard Target Attainment
- CSM/COM Survey: >=5
- Quarterly TP with COM/CSM = 100%
- CSO Operational Excellence: >= 90%
- Compliance to the LRDC BCP audit requirements
