Position Overview:

The Business Operations Student Intern will support the Global Services Support – Customer Data

Management team in maintaining accurate, consistent, and high-quality customer data across

enterprise systems. This internship is designed for Computer Science or Information Technology

students who are interested in business operations, data management, and enterprise support

functions within a global services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in system testing, data migration, and process improvement initiatives as needed
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and information systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or data management platforms is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, global environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
  • Basic knowledge of data governance or data quality concepts
  • Experience with reporting or visualization tools
