Overview:
The Country Accounting and Reporting Team Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, general ledger integrity, and statutory compliance. This role supports month-end close, balance sheet analysis, and audit processes while adhering to US GAAP and local regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in delivering reliable financial insights that support business decision-making.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage general ledger activities and support month-end close processes
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, reviews, and variance analysis
  • Prepare financial reports and explain period-to-period fluctuations
  • Conduct detailed entity-level balance sheet reviews and manage open items
  • Support statutory reporting, audit requirements, and tax compliance processes
 
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in audit, general ledger, or financial reporting
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial systems such as SAP and MS Office
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration across teams
