Apprenticeship – Channel Marketing

Your Role
You will join Xerox's Channel Marketing team and contribute to marketing actions covering France, Belgium, and Luxembourg — a genuine three-country scope from the start. Our team drives partner revenue growth, digital visibility, and ensures all marketing initiatives deliver measurable ROI.
You will report directly to the Channel Marketing Manager and work closely with a small, cross-functional team. You will also serve as the interface with Xerox Europe for program-related requests — giving you real exposure to an international organization.
What You Will Do
Partner program management
• Lead tracking and management for our partner network
• Tactical Packs (equipment discounts, promotional campaigns) and partner sales challenges
• Accreditation & training coordination
• Marketing fund management and budget follow-up
• Coordination with central Xerox Europe programs
Communications & events
• Internal and external partner communications on events, product launches, and solution updates
• Support organization of Xerox partner workshops and trade shows
• Validate translations of marketing materials (French ↔ English)
Partner support
• Handle partner requests on targeted marketing programs
• Support the Channel Marketing Manager on strategic and operational topics
What You Will Learn
This apprenticeship is designed to give you hands-on experience across the full B2B marketing mix — from campaign execution and event management to partner relations and ROI analysis. You will develop:
• A solid understanding of indirect sales channel dynamics in a global tech company
• Skills in marketing fund management and program governance
• Experience working with international teams across France, Benelux, and Europe
• Proficiency with professional tools used daily in a corporate marketing environment
Profile & Skills
You are enrolled in your 4th year minimum of a business or communication school (Grande École or equivalent), or in a Master's degree program.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken (minimum B2) — essential for day-to-day work with European teams
• Strong writing skills and excellent spelling/grammar in both French and English
• Organized, proactive, and responsive — you take initiative and follow through
• Strong interpersonal skills and ease working cross-functionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / MS365
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, or a CRM is a plus (Salesforce, Dynamics)
