Overview:
Xerox Corporation is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support the greater <INSERT LOCATION> area. 

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will expand and retains our customer base through account visits, competitive system identification and equipment demonstrations and training, while assisting our sales team members maximize productivity.

What You Will Do:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for service and billing escalations, customer liaison.
  • Assist sale team members with order processing, database management and proposal (RFP, RFI and SOW) writing.
  • In support of sales team members attend meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain a working relationship with heads of departments.
  • Function as a technology consultant, conduct customer walkthroughs mapping equipment locations, assessing department needs and environments as well as making device recommendations.
  • Oversee delivery, installation, and training end-users on equipment.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer concerns.
  • Strategize with sales and service on account situation and action plan; generate sales leads.
  • Serves a liaison between customer, sales and service.
  • Occasional local travel.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
  • Bachelor’s and/or associate degree in business or another related field preferred
