Job Description

Xerox is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Sales Support Associate to join our high-performing team. In this critical role, you will support Client Executives by serving as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments—including Managed Services, Enterprise Sales, and Advanced Solutions. You’ll play a central role in enhancing client relationships, identifying technology solutions that align with business operations, and ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the communication bridge between Client Executives and internal departments to foster collaboration and operational efficiency.

  • Research client business operations to support the identification of technology solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular, proactive communication and support.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations to enhance client engagements.

  • Prioritize and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding quotes, orders, specifications, and special pricing.

  • Troubleshoot client issues and provide expert-level assistance on technology-related questions.

  • Work with operations teams to create and update client account information in internal systems.

  • Provide regular updates and insights to Senior Client Executives and step in with support when needed.

  • Participate in ongoing company and vendor-led training sessions to stay informed on industry developments and product offerings.
