Job Description

Xerox is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Sales Support Associate to join our high-performing team. In this critical role, you will support Client Executives by serving as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments—including Managed Services, Enterprise Sales, and Advanced Solutions. You’ll play a central role in enhancing client relationships, identifying technology solutions that align with business operations, and ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the communication bridge between Client Executives and internal departments to foster collaboration and operational efficiency.

Research client business operations to support the identification of technology solutions tailored to their needs.

Maintain and grow client relationships through regular, proactive communication and support.

Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations to enhance client engagements.

Prioritize and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding quotes, orders, specifications, and special pricing.

Troubleshoot client issues and provide expert-level assistance on technology-related questions.

Work with operations teams to create and update client account information in internal systems.

Provide regular updates and insights to Senior Client Executives and step in with support when needed.

Participate in ongoing company and vendor-led training sessions to stay informed on industry developments and product offerings.
