Our company, a leader in its sector, is currently seeking a Cost Manager to support financial and strategic business operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate cost management, financial analysis, and executive decision support.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead monthly and year-end cost accounting close according to schedule
  • Prepare and present monthly financial outlooks to senior staff and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support material variance analysis (PPV, WOV)
  • Ensure accurate costing of new products and validation of saving projects
  • Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and coordination with the Cebu GBS team


What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial administration and cost accounting
  • Proficiency in SAP, ARIBA, TRESS, and MS Office
  • Proven leadership, negotiation skills, and personnel management experience
