Main Responsibilities:

• Set up and implement Governance processes according to Xerox Policies
• Ensure all contracts received are reviewed, approved and activated on a daily basis
• Complete contract settlements on a daily basis
• Ensure partner billing is completed on a daily basis
• Ensure first invoice is processed, approved, and issued on a daily basis
• Assist country teams processing daily business
• Work with local legal to support bankruptcy cases, legal requirements, GDPR, AML officer responsible
• Report on a monthly base Operations KPI’s for Germany.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with country stakeholders such as Finance, OTC, legal, sales
• Ensure company’s leasing guidelines are imbedded in all contract validations and ensure all employees fully understands the company’s leasing guidelines
• Fully comply with Internal Control requirements and perform quarterly Internal Financial Control testing
• Ensure to follow Xerox HR strategies and implement Performance Management Process, Personal Development Plan and 1-1 meetings with all employees.

Education Level 

• Bachelor degree

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Fluent in English and German
• min 2 years of leasing contract administration experience
• min 2 year of people management experience
• Preferred 3 years of Leasing experience
• Understanding of finance agreements
• Anti-money laundering knowledge

• Some overtime may be expected during the month end activities and ad hoc requests from Manager, flexibility is highly appreciated.
