Job Summary:


  • Responsible for negotiating terms and financial structures of the organization’s leasing and other financing services for customers.  Roles include selling, operations and administration activities.
  • To implement and manage robust and effective Leasing procedures to drive operational excellence through resource and process alignment.
  • Contract/deal management and evaluation. (KPI: Deployment of consistent, quality, and measurable contract administration processes to the agreed SLA’s.
  • Responsible for ensuring all contracts are LBQC compliant.
  • This role has no people management responsibilities of app.
  • The job holder does not have budgetary responsibilities.
  • Internal relationships include the Xerox country leasing teams, Country Sales, Risk, Finance and OTC, service providers and other Xerox stakeholders.
  • Identifies problems in straightforward situations, and makes sound decisions using standard procedures.
  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Validate contracts according to LBQC’s
  • Ensure all contracts received are reviewed, approved and activated on a daily basis
  • Complete contract settlements on a daily basis
  • Ensure partner billing is completed on a daily basis
  • Ensure first invoice is processed, approved, and issued on a daily basis
  • Assist teams processing daily business for Benelux Region
  • Work with local legal to support bankruptcy cases, legal requirements, GDPR, Money Laundry requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with country stakeholders such as Finance, OTC, legal, sales
  • Fully comply with ICMP requirements 
  • Ensure to follow Xerox HR strategies and complete all assigned learning on time



Education Requirements:


  • Preferred: Bachelor degree



Candidate Background: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Minimum 3 years of contract administration experience
  • 3 years of Leasing experience preferred
  • Understanding of finance agreements preferred
