About the Role
In this role, you will help manage and coordinate print fleet operations, including new device installations, Moves, Adds, Changes, and Decommissions (MACDs), bulk equipment orders, and data analysis activities. You will work closely with service teams and clients to ensure efficient service delivery, accurate reporting, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track consumables, parts inventory, and order fulfillment activities
- Coordinate device installations, relocations, upgrades, and decommissions
- Maintain service reporting tools and produce recurring client-facing reports and analytics
- Support integration with client ticketing and helpdesk systems
- Partner with service delivery and technical teams to resolve issues and escalate major incidents when necessary
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Experience managing a print fleet, office equipment environment, or similar service delivery operation
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational data and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and basic device troubleshooting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer support
