We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our growing team. This position is responsible for configuring and preparing a wide range of IT hardware and devices for deployment to clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple configuration tools and imaging platforms, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks, and demonstrate strong communication skills for client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and prepare IT equipment including:
Laptops & Desktops
Perform device imaging and configuration using various platforms:
Microsoft Intune / Autopilot
SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
PXE booting and deploying golden images
Document and update progress daily in the Autotask ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely communication on deployment status.
Manage and prioritize multiple device orders (10+ daily) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding device deployments, timelines, and configuration requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure configuration meets project specifications and client expectations.
Qualifications:
Required:
1+ years of experience in IT configuration, deployment, or desktop support
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS devices
Experience configuring and deploying hardware using Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, JAMF, or PXE
Basic networking knowledge and experience working with switches, access points, and gateways
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
Preferred:
Proficient in using a ticketing system (Autotask preferred)
Previous experience working in an MSP or fast-paced deployment environment
