Join Xerox as part of a dedicated on-site Service Delivery team supporting a large customer in a fast-paced digital production environment. In this role, you will help ensure operational excellence by delivering high-quality wide format printing services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting service level commitments. What You Will Do:

  • Produce, validate, and prepare wide format drawings for customer distribution
  • Deliver high-quality finished output while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to support reliable performance
  • Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, materials, consumables, and deliveries
  • Follow established health, safety, and housekeeping practices while supporting daily production schedules

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience working in a high-speed digital mail or digital print production environment
  • Experience leading or coordinating work in a production environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to quality, safety, and attendance standards
