Job Description

The analyst reviews and evaluates sales related data from different business systems, integrates the data to develop sales reports according to the business users’ needs. Understands the sales mechanism, processes, and trends behind the data, able to identify errors and exceptions, and has the creativity to represent the data in a user friendly, easy-to-understand form in the reports. The role will translate the business ideas and needs into visual answers and solutions, and will assist in the discovery of business opportunities by creating in-depth analysis. The role should cover collaborating with business stakeholders, aligned function and IT teams to develop reporting projects, initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve the understanding and management of internal & external sales.


Roles and responsibilities:
  • Understand operational objectives of the business, gather information and data from different data systems, study system capabilities and current practices, evaluate data output requirements and formats.
  • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate sales data and develop integrated business analysis for strategic decision-making purposes.
  • Create and update sales data dashboards based on various business requirements.
  • Assist in the documentation of business cases by constructing workflow charts, write specifications, and design modifications.

  • Hard working, can set priorities and manage stress
  • Good communicator and can address important business matters in front of a senior management audience
  • Excellent and creative data modeling and processing knowledge
  • Tools and systems proficiency: Microsoft Power BI, SQL DB (DQL, DDL, DML) Excel (most common formulas, Pivot) Experience in SAP Business Object & AFO, D365, MS Azure is a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional level of English required
