JOB PURPOSE:

As a D365 Country Key User, you’ll be the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 Sales, Experlogix, and related tools. Acting as a key link between sales teams, management, and IT, you’ll drive efficiency, improve processes, and maximize system usage.

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills, D365 expertise, and the ability to train and support users in an international environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure high-quality data management across accounts, contacts, activities, sales opportunities, territories, and quotes
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams and maintain local training materials
  • Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets to resolution
  • Drive user adoption of D365 and promote best practices across teams
  • Gather feedback, support continuous improvements, and collaborate with global stakeholders
  • Participate in testing activities and communicate system updates, changes, and enhancements proactively

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Support, IT, Finance, or Sales
  • Strong collaboration skills in a multicultural environment

 

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Fluency English and Spanish
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment
  • Confident Excel skills and solid CRM knowledge (Microsoft D365 or Salesforce)
  • SAP experience is an advantage
