Are you a data-driven Supply Chain professional with strong communication skills? 
Do you excel at balancing supply and demand while managing complex inventory portfolios? Join our EMEA Supply Chain Planning department and take ownership of product availability across the region.
As a Supplies S&OP Planner, you will report directly to the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Manager. You will be responsible for managing your product portfolio’s availability, aligning it with supply chain fundamentals like inventory optimization, operational cost control, and supply/demand accuracy.
You will be responsible for the ordering, supply, delivery and shipment of materials and finished goods.  
Includes volume and demand planning, master scheduling, buyer analyses, order management, production scheduling, marketing logistics, customer fulfillment and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
S&OP Process & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with the Worldwide (WW) planning team on EMEA supply planning.
  • Analyze and present the supply commit in S&OP meetings to key stakeholders.
  • Communicate supply constraints and excess stock to Marketing, Sales, and Demand teams.
  • Proactively propose solutions for inventory issues (e.g., air shipments, demand switches, geobalancing).
  • Coordinate end-to-end actions to improve supply and demand alignment. 
Business Outlook & Forecasting
  • Provide accurate inputs to Finance for revenue and inventory outlooks.
  • Project future constraints and update stakeholders on monthly changes and business impacts.
  • Analyze past month backorders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor special deals, demand changes, and product lifecycle variations.
Logistics & Inventory Control
  • Track production and logistics closely to ensure timely availability for special deals.
  • Support inbound operations, emergency requests, escalations, and exceptions.
  • Drive actions to reduce slow-moving and End-of-Life (EOL) product inventory.
  • Secure product availability by the official announcement date for New Product Introductions (NPI). 
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Education: Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics is preferred.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (equivalent to TOEIC 785 – 900).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Tools: Knowledge or experience with SNP, Kinaxis Maestro, or other planning tools is a strong advantage.
