JOB FUNCTION, MISSION
  • The Supply Chain Program Manager, reporting functionally to the EMEA & AP Supply Chain strategy & transformation Director
  • He is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives that support both the Supply Chain Strategy and operational performance in alignment with the Company Strategy.
  • The Supply Chain Program Manager is accountable for the effective initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and completion of projects under its lead. This role requires a diverse set of competencies, including strong communication and management skills, the capability to ask insightful questions, identify underlying assumptions, and address conflicts

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Based on the company strategy, he/she understands & proposes the Project management & SC management best practices in term of process, technology & organization.
  • Build the business case, the detailed rational to obtain project approval. Evaluate operational and financial data and qualitative analysis based on observation and discussion, supported by data reports and cost/benefit analysis.
  • From the current state diagnostic, define project scope, objectives, approach, required resources and project schedule.
  • Recommend & apply the most appropriate approach & project methodology.
  • Has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project.
  • Lead the project team to meet deliverables in line with timelines & budget.
  • Define team staffing requirements within a matrix environment.
  • Lead change management while respecting the defined scope, costs & timeline.
  • Identify dependencies between projects so as to optimize their implementation.
  • Identify risk & limit uncertainty
  • Manage project communication within project team, steering co & management
  • Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate in Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in Supply Chain, process improvement, or related function
  • Minimum of 5 years experience of international & cross functional project management in the field of Supply Chain
  • Mandatory experience of SC Best practices deployment.
  • Minimum green belt level in 6 sigma & experienced in Lean
  • Black belt &/or PMP PMI certification is an advantage

  • CPIM (APICS) would be a plus
  • English: TOEIC advanced working Proficiency (min 900 points)
