  • Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems, industrial interfaces, instrumentation, and process controls
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, maintenance technicians, and process operators to solve complex technical challenges and implement process improvements
  • Design, specify, and install instrumentation, electrical devices, power distribution components, and control systems for new and existing processes
  • Lead electrical and controls portions of engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Balance multiple priorities across production support, continuous improvement initiatives, and capital projects
  • Oversee contractors involved in electrical equipment and wiring installation
  • Support process automation initiatives developed at the Boulder facility
  • Apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies to improve system reliability and performance
