Overview:

Join our Sustainability Team as an Environmental Compliance Specialist and help ensure our products and supply chain comply with global environmental regulations. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, procurement, suppliers, and international stakeholders to manage product compliance programs, monitor evolving regulations, and support responsible product stewardship across global markets.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage environmental compliance projects from planning through execution.
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, and product development teams to integrate compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor emerging global environmental regulations and provide impact assessments.
  • Participate in industry advocacy through organizations such as ITI and Digital Europe.
  • Support UAE RoHS registration and reporting requirements.
  • Manage PFAS and Canada Plastics reporting obligations.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage material compliance data using Chem Sherpa and Power BI.
  • Lead supplier outreach to obtain material declarations and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Basel Convention and WEEE regulations.
  • Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and regulatory submissions while supporting global product stewardship initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Environmental Science
    • Chemistry
    • Materials Science
    • Engineering
    • or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in:
    • Environmental Compliance
    • Product Stewardship
    • Regulatory Affairs
    • Electronics, imaging equipment, or technology manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • RoHS
    • REACH
    • WEEE
    • Basel Convention
    • PFAS
    • Plastics regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience with:
    • Chem Sherpa
    • Power BI
    • ITI or Digital Europe advocacy groups
    • Global regulatory reporting
    • Product compliance programs.
