Overview:
Xerox is seeking a strategic and results-driven Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) Lead to support the integration and operational alignment of Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) activities across the newly combined organization. In this role, you will lead the transition of EHF processes from legacy Xerox and legacy Lexmark into the Xerox NewCo operating model while driving regulatory compliance, data management, process standardization, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and support Xerox's ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead the strategic and operational transition of Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) activities from legacy organizations into the Xerox NewCo operating model.
  • Collect, consolidate, analyze, and maintain product, regulatory, and operational data while managing databases and supporting data transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate regulatory compliance requirements across global markets and maintain product compliance documentation, including battery matrices, packaging attributes, and material composition reports.
  • Develop and manage global vendor onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with contractual, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, OEM partners, distributors, customers, vendors, and regulatory teams while providing project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Assess and standardize procurement, invoicing, purchase order, payment processing, and escalation workflows across multiple business units and regions.
  • Lead the transition of procurement and accounts payable operational activities to the Global Business Services (GBS) organization while supporting multiple-system environments during the transition.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, process optimization, and risk mitigation.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in operations, business transformation, process improvement, compliance, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes, organizational structures, and operating environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating business data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders in complex business environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while adapting to changing business priorities.
  • Experience with database administration and management; Microsoft Access database administration experience or certification is preferred.
  • Certified Lean Leader and experience facilitating Kaizen events are preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrated Lean Six Sigma application is preferred.
