POSITION CONCEPT:

The Fleet Specialist will implement and administer Federal government contracts (DISO). The primary responsibility will be database maintenance and managing related outputs such as invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation. This also includes interfacing with the Fleet Hotline staff at the Call Centre, Customer Administration, Service, Sales, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Generating summary invoicing (based on contract, maybe monthly, quarterly or annual)

·       Generating reconciliation

·       Researching and resolving invoice/chargeback allocation issues

·       Maintenance of data fields

·       Management of data information such as chargeback allocations, volume analysis

·       Administrative support for payment of third-party invoices

·       Generating customer reporting (services related)

·       Participation in new fleet implementations

·       Special projects to improve fleet management processes

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       University, Bachelor or Graduate degree in any discipline (business preferred), or equivalent business experience

·       Strong PC and systems literacy e.g., Excel, Word, Access

·       Strong numeracy skills

·       Analytical ability

·       Strong organizational skills

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills

·       High level of achievement and self-motivation

·       Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.

·       Billing Administration knowledge is an asset.

·       Database knowledge an asset (ORACLE, Microsoft Access)
