JOB PURPOSE:

 

The Deployment Project Coordinator works as part of a team to order printers and take over the management of existing devices for both new and existing customers in French-speaking locations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various Lexmark departments and external transportation partners to place hardware orders and track deliveries in line with project schedules.

You may also interact with customer stakeholders and installation technicians to coordinate deliveries, installations, returns, and disposal activities, as well as gather device and installation-related information.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Input and track orders in Siebel and SAP systems
  • Handle return orders, including arranging pickup and disposal of outdated devices
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain teams, transport providers, disposal vendors, and installation partners to coordinate deliveries, collect required data, and resolve issues in French
  • Liaise with customer teams and installation partners to gather asset information, confirm deliveries, and provide general support as requested by the Project Manager (in French)
  • Maintain detailed tracking of order-to-invoice and return data, including invoicing, inventory management, and daily status reporting
  • Proactively escalate issues and work with internal stakeholders (including teams based in France) to prevent or mitigate risks
  • Deliver regular status updates to team members, clients, and internal management

  

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Order Management and Logistics
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes
  • Experience working with French Project Managers and customers
  • Fluency in Business English and French

 

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
  • Excellent data reconciliation capabilities
  • Experience with SAP and/or Siebel is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and customer engagement skills, particularly in French
  • Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to work across diverse teams
