Position Overview:

The Global Treasury Banking, Projects & Systems Manager is responsible for Xerox's global banking infrastructure, treasury systems and strategic banking initiatives. The role leads a specialist team and works closely with banking partners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient and scalable treasury operations while driving technology, automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team managing over 800 global bank accounts and electronic banking platforms.
  • Manage relationships with global banking partners, merchant service providers and Treasury Management System (TMS) vendors.
  • Review and negotiate banking documentation, contracts and service agreements.
  • Manage bank account administration, central banking databases and global authorisation matrices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of global banking infrastructure and cash management solutions.
  • Lead global banking and treasury transformation projects in partnership with IT, Finance, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain.
  • Lead treasury technology initiatives, leveraging automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve efficiency and controls.
  • Support implementation of ISO 20022 payment messaging standards and banking connectivity enhancements for Corporate Treasury.
  • Oversee Treasury Management Systems, electronic banking platforms, upgrades and implementations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on payment processes, ERP integrations and banking connectivity.
  • Prepare reporting and insights for Treasury leadership.
  • Maintain strong governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Professional Treasury or Accountancy qualification (ACT, CTP, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • 5–8 years' Corporate Treasury or Corporate Banking experience within a multinational organisation.
  • Experience managing global banking relationships and treasury operations.
  • Experience with host-to-host connectivity and API banking.
  • Experience delivering treasury transformation programmes.
  • Experience with Quantum TMS (or equivalent) and electronic banking platforms.
  • Knowledge of payment formats including MT940, Pain, MT101, Camt and BAI.
  • Experience leading treasury technology, ERP integration or banking connectivity projects.
  • Experience implementing automation initiatives using AI and/or RPA technologies.
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
