Role Overview

Xerox Design Studio is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to support the delivery of high-quality creative and production work across print and digital projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and adaptable designer looking to grow their career within a fast-paced studio environment. The role is predominantly office-based or client-based (within Paris and RP).


Key responsibilities - Design & Production

  • Create, adapt, and amend creative assets across print and digital channels.
  • Produce high-quality artwork aligned to client brand guidelines.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital deployment.
  • Support presentations, reports, bid documents, and campaign assets.

Key responsibilities - Studio delivery

  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Respond quickly to urgent requests and changing priorities.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Ensure all work meets studio quality standards. Support presentations, reports, bid documents, and campaign assets.

Key responsibilities - Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive and confidential client information professionally.
  • Adhere strictly to confidentiality, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain rigour when working on regulated or sensitive documentation.

Skills & experience required

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in design/studio/agency/in-house environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite InDesign. Knowledge of other Adobe applications would be an advantage.
  • Flair for layout, typography, and visual composition skills.
  • Some understanding of print production and artwork setup would be an advantage.

  • Fluent in both French and English,

Additional information

Terms : Fixed-term (12-months), with a view to convert to a permanent role.

Studio office location : Tremblay-en-France

Hours : 9 till 6 (1h lunch) - Monday to Friday
